Planning Your Retreat

Upon arrival at the Marriott Frenchmans Cove, you may check in using your name or confirmation number(s) and will be provided keys to your villa.

You will need a birth certificate and a valid photo I.D. to return to the mainland U.S. from a territory of the U.S. A valid passport is required to re-enter the United States from excursions to local islands that are not a territory of the U.S.

  • Check in time is 4 pm
  • Check out time is 10 am

TRANSPORTATION

Once you arrive at the St. Thomas airport proceed to the baggage claim area. After you have collected your bags proceed to the taxi stand and let the agent know you are going to Marriott Frenchman's Cove.

CAR RENTALS

If you choose to rent a car, please remember that in the Virgin Islands, cars travel on the left side of the road.

CONCIERGE

To make dining, transportation and excursion arrangements and reservations prior to your arrival, please contact the resort directly and ask for Marriott Concierge.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Please contact the concierge to place special requests up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival. The resort will make every effort to fulfill your requests, but requests are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed. Charges may apply for some special requests.

Rollaway beds may not be offered for all villa types. Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond Marriotts control may result in last-minute changes. As a result, villa assignment or special requests that have been fulfilled will not be released or confirmed prior to the check-in process on the day of arrival.

INTERNET

Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is available throughout the resort.

PARKING

Complimentary self-parking is available at the resort. Recreational vehicles, trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be parked at the resort. Please contact the resort for information about alternative parking.

SMOKING POLICY

Breathe in the fresh air. Marriott Vacation Ownership resorts are smoke-free. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. In addition, Marriott observes local smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.

PET POLICY

To ensure your comfort and safety and to maintain the quality of your villa, vacation ownership resorts do not allow pets on the resort grounds or in the villas. Exceptions are made for pets that fall within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY

Your villa will receive a full clean prior to arrival, a limited service tidy mid week and an additional full clean on the seventh consecutive day if you are staying more than one week. Additional housekeeping services may be arranged directly with the resort for a fee of $35/day for a tidy and $45/day for full clean.
